face: mosturize daily, use good clean makeup (mineral is best) and wash daily
Teeth: brush!Brush!Brush! and if you use rub strawberries on your teeth and leave it there for about 3 mins and then rinse with hot water, the antioxidants help naturally whiten, or use white strips but those are more harsh.
Hair: Don't wash it daily it strips it of its natrual oils, deep condition about once a week
Nails: Keep em' clean!
References :
Beauty tips from me <3
Face: wash your face twice a day (morning and night) use a gentle face wash (if you wear makeup remove your makeup every night with a makeup remover) if you have any blemishes, use a spot treatment (overnight.) use a mosterizer or face lotion everyday (before you put on your makeup.) i like olay face lotion with spf (product it from sun damage.) for make-up, choose a foundation, powder, and concealer close to your skin color. Use foundation first, rub all over face with a makeup sponge (dont use your fingers, the oil from your fingers can cause you to breakout) blend all over face and neck. if too much is applied just simple wip off with a kleenex (you dont want to look orange.) my favorite foundation is dream matte mouse, it goes on so smootly and blends very easily. next use concealer under you eye and on any imperfections. make sure to blend it in. Lastly, use face powder, just dust a light coat all over face with a mkaeup brush. Next, i would use a peachy blush and brush upward on your cheekbone and around your hairlinje. this will brighten you face and give a warm glow. For you eye make-up, use a brown/black liquid eyeliner and apply a very line line on your top lid at the crease of your eyelashes. do the same with your bottom lid, only using a stick eyeliner in the same shade as you liquid eyeliner. for eyeshadow, you cant go wrong with a light brown. appy over top lids. next, curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler. then appy a brown/black mascara. curl your lashes again. This will give you dramitic eyeliner. now to finish your makeup, all you need is some lipgloss. you can use colored or just palin, you can even use chapstick. next, for your teeth obvisely brush nad floss twice a day. also use a flouride rinse. you might want to use those crest white strips, if your teeth are on the yellow side. also, to whiten your teeth rinse your mouth will hydrogen poroxide. for your nails, file and buff them to keep them neat. or get acyrlic nails, they also look nice. now for your hair, there are many different styles you can do... lets start with striaght. on towel dry hair, apply a straightening cream. nest blow dry your hair completely dry. lastly, straighten your hair in layers, starting with the bottom half of your hair and working up. for wavy hair, take a shower at night. after your shower french braid your hair into two braids. in the morning, undo your braids and youll have wavy hair. you can also take a shower and apply a crunching gel to wet hair. blow dry with a diffuser and youll have wavy hair. for curly hair, apply a curling cream to towel dry hair, blow dry, and curl it into sections.
well thats all i can think of! hope this helps ya!
References :
If you put a base of a lighter eyeshadow and then darker eyeshadow on the outer corners of your eyes it will make your eyes look bigger :)

Mini Links

Mini links or locks are another method and are applied a bit like gimps which are used to hold beads or pearls on wire floater necklaces. The client's own hair is pulled through the mini link with a special needle similar to a knitting machine needle. Then the extension strand is pulled through the mini link easily. The mini link is then pressed firmly with a pliers type tool and this locks in the hair into the mini links. No glue is used, so glue damage is avoided and the links lie flat to the head. This method is often combined with braided hair extensions.

Shrinkies

Shrinkies are applied in a similar way and are either clear plastic or dark plastic of about 1cm length. Heat is used to tighten up the shrinkie on the hair and the extension to stop the hair escaping. They are removed by cutting up the length of the shrinkie.

In August 2005 I had wondered when I would be able to put my hair up properly into the fashionable French pleat of 2005 or other longer updo hairstyles. Then i found a whole new world related to human hair extensions opened up to me instead. I discovered hair only needed to be 4 inches in length to use clip in extensions successfully.
References :
go to sally beauty supply, they have all that there. if you are trying to relax a perm, use a perm and comb it through for a couple minutes till it don't bounce back into a curl. Rinse with pretty warm water, towel blot. Apply neutralizer and comb through again till it lays straigh. Rinse with cool water and thats it. You can get a perm for color treated hair if thats what you have too. Also, DON'T USE THE STUFF THAT AFRICAN AMERICANS USE ON THEIR HAIR!!!!! IT IS WAY TOO STRONG AND WILL BREAK YOUR HAIR OFF!!!!
References :
myself, licensed cosmetologist

Have you seen Britney Spears? NO BODY'S hair is too short! I looked at your links, and no, unless you are bald, hair extensions will work for you. I don't know if you will be able to clip them in, but you can definitely have them weaved, glued, braided or whatever you want into your natural hair. I have had extensions many times, and you just want to make sure that the color and texture match your natural hair. ( For sure the texture, as when you have finer hair, thicker extensions will look like a wig. Spending the extra money if you have to is well worth it.) Good luck! If you have any questions I am confident that I can answer them all!
References :
LOTS of experience.

As far as I know there is no "limit" but it is surely based on your local agencies and your ability to care for and adequately support these children...not just financially.

God bless you for your interest in older children. They are so frequently passed over. There is a great website called My Turn Now that features older children and sibling groups from all over the country.

Good Luck and thank you for choosing to adopt through the foster care system.
References :
www.myturnnow.com will direct you to the site.
