I'm leaving for a sunny vacation on Friday. Do you know of soem last minute beauty, and health tips I can do to look and feel better for vacation? I'm thinking of like tanning ideas, beauty tips, and tips to look better in bathing suit.

You are 16 just don't over do it! Stay as natural as possible with just alittle bit of eye shadow and lip gloss should do the trick, and no need to show the 4 pack, not in style anymore unless you are at the beach. As of the hair, natural curl are really beautifull but if you want to straighten your hair, make sure you don't look like a zombi, you need to keep a little bit of volume so you don't look sick. Respect of youself is usually prettier……. the inner beauty.

skin-use a-lot of sun tan lotion coz the sun can coz skin dizcoloration and lotion so you get dry spots
nails-keep them clean don't bite them and keep them polished and healthy
fashoin- wear what you want if it is called in it can be out if you want
hair- keep it clean don't heat it often and wear hats when there is a-lot of heat

to make any skin better at all? please tell me and whats the uses of it and how is it applied to?…..like for example: "soap= Cleaning your body=rub till lathers on skin during bath time" or something like that….and you could also give me some products but make sure it is sold internationally….thanks!
For acne: Peanut oil, with lemon juice on the face as well as the body. Peanut oil is well for assimilation and makes the skin artificially breathe. The lemon juice kills bacteria and is well for the skin with vitamins.
For body: Massage with cocoa butter, olive oil or peanut oil once a week. This will aid the body in skin rejuvenation, eliminations, and aid in the flowing of blood in the areas not used often by the body. This will keep you young, and destroy illness. This will also aid, as in the peanut oil again, in the artificial movement of elements in the body. This is very well with sore joints.
Body: Yoga has been proven to aide in the elimination of stress (no. 1 cause of acne and unhealthiness) and illness. Yoga's twists squeeze the organs to aid the body's blood flow. Yoga keeps it's users young and radiant. You'll never see a yogi with poor skin or body or face. This is proven.
Body: An 80% alkaline, 20% acidic diet is well for any body. It is that the body needs such foods in such portions. Keep quiet & talk only by minimum amount needed. Study in detail 'etiquettes of married life' & 'Sex Techniques' on 'Google' search on internet. Take a glassfull milk with pure honey dissolved in that in the morning & at night daily. Make your body slim & strong. Don't use any contraceptive pill. Do simple 10 minute exercises daily to make you fit. Try to be positive, polite, simple, sweet, soft & sincere in words & actions both to face the husband smoothly. Be tolerant in non-serious natters. Learn & think how to do small household works, money saving, budget planning, expenditure control, time allocation for different works at home including entertainment after marriage whole 24 hours in order of priorities while living as a nuclear family. Memorise in mind few useful verses of religious books so that u comfortably face husband at first night after wedding ceremony. At that night, first both wish & congratulate each other sweetly, recite few verses of religious scriptures, have a short prayer of few minutes, feed a piece or two of sweets to the spouse & start talking sweetly & softly , slowly by taking God's name frequently to make each other free, comfortable & confident. You can talk abt future plans & future life with him on all points how to make the life happiest possible constantly & offer all your possible co-operation in all respects. Ask him to start cracking clean jokes to make you laugh as much as possible. After that only, start loving each other slowly. Have foreplay, arouse each other by rubbing & pressing each other's body parts, slowly undress fully & compulsorily have sex attaining orgasm positively at that night. This is the beginning of a very sacred relation, keep in mind. Be afresh & repeat the same after every half an hour till you both can. Don't let him use condoms as it is anti-religious, immoral, unethical & cowardice at the sacred night. When both of you have sex & by doing so become a couple practically, there must not be even slightest barrier beteen the two during coupulation exrecise. When you have already decided to marry, you have to follow all standard procedures fully & boldly & face the results of that happily, the sprit of marriage. If you get pregnant at that night, it is purely a great gift of God as your fate as not all girls get pregnant at that night. Most of them don't get. After that night on other days u can use that. During orgasm, a woman experiences sweetest strong tickling in & around her uterus, stomach, lever, lungs, neck & brain, unimaginable & unforgettable. That increases mutual intimacy. That is reduced to 5 % by using condoms. Have enough sex on safe days. Make a daily routine of loving each other for half an hour at night say during 8.30 - 9.00 pm on a soft comfortable bed by lying after taking of all clothes except undies by kissing, hugging, smooching & gently rubbibg & pressing each other's muscles. This makes mutual love constantly deep. Have sex after 10.00 pm when you like to have. Take an important precaution while having sex that press & rub each other's muscles only 'gently'. Never squeeze each other's muscles which causes punching like internal injuries taking 2 weeks for recovery to normal , depriving both of enjoying that golden period of enjoying. Most of newly married couples ignore this very important point. Clarify this to husband at first night itself before starting foreplay. No boy or girl is expert in management of all necessary works related to life routines immediately after marriage. Both must learn slowly many things from each other & oneself. Co-operate & ask him too to do so in all possible works. Exchange your roles at home after every 15 or 30 days to learn. Try to make the home sweet by positive attitude. Both of you must never snub, scold, shout, argue at length, altercate, humiliate, abuse, taunt, ridicule, bitterly criticise, insult, fight loudly, try to dominate,…, particularly in front of outsiders & others. Explain every difference of opinion softly with love. For complicated matters, sit together with cool minds & discuss softly. Remain God fearing & pray God daily even if it is for a very short period. Develop study habits to learn something new daily even if it is a small thing. Respect him & his family members & others too highly & make him like you too. Make like minded sweet & clean friends in the neighbourhood but never talk of your private life with anyone of them. Don't try to search other's weaknesses. Improve your personality in all respects. Add more good things you think suitable. Try best to make life peaceful , happy & comfortable. Leave all negative things oy your nature if you have now. Keep in contact with a good & competent lady gynaecologist. Follow her instructions fully. Talk abt your private life with husband only & if it is necessary, then only discuss with your confident gynaecologist.
