I have a 5 bedroom/3 bath double wide. I only have 1 child living with me whom is my sister. So, I have 3 spare bedrooms. Anybody know what the maximum limit is on how many kids you can adopt through the foster care system?
I am wanting to do this to help give these children a safe, happy, and warm place and a good family where they feel at home. I am looking at older children ranging from 11 yrs old and up
Money is no issue.
As far as I know there is no "limit" but it is surely based on your local agencies and your ability to care for and adequately support these children…not just financially.
God bless you for your interest in older children. They are so frequently passed over. There is a great website called My Turn Now that features older children and sibling groups from all over the country.
Good Luck and thank you for choosing to adopt through the foster care system.

facility. Joe listens to music, relaxes his muscles while being given specific suggestions to live music, and participates in music and imagery sessions which focus on ignoring pain and thinking positive thoughts. Joe’s music therapist is using music therapy interventions to:
a.Lessen Joe’s perception of pain
b.Cure Joe’s source of pain
c.Change Joe’s immune system
d.Address grief and loss issues
e.Assist Joe with anxiety management skills

It looks as if your telling someone this.A name for this person who should get it is good.Otherwise it's in question's so it looks as if you have a question here.I don't see that.
Perhaps you should add on the information you would like people to help give you you their opinions.

>im looking for a good skin care product. i have a hard time finding anything that works well for me, because i have oily skin, so most stuff just dries out my skin and makes it worse. so yeah, any recommendations are helpful. thanks! =D
i've already tried proactive and found that it didn't help any more than stuff you can buy from the drug store for a wayy cheaper price.
Well, I cured my oily skin without any topical products. What actually worked for me was peppermint/spearmint tea. I read about it on acne.org, so I decided to try it. I got some Bigelow's Mint Medley tea at Meijer for $2.50, and I drink it twice a day. It tastes a little funky, but I got over that quick, because after about a week or two my skin wasn't oily anymore. And my skin was always drenching with oil and shiny enough to be used as a mirror, because of genetics, but this tea cured it completely which was amazing for me. I really suggest you try it, although any peppermint or spearmint tea should work just as well.
My own personal favorite skin care product, though, is Clean and Clear Persa-Gel 10. I have pretty stubborn moderate acne, but using this along with taking zinc and drinking apple cider vinegar (and spearmint/peppermint tea!) has really helped my skin.

My adoption was final Dec 2007. I am a foster parent. since the child i adopted was in the foster care agency, can you still claim the credit? I had minimal expenses. What supporting documents do you need to submit ? If you e-file will you have to mail in or can you still do it all electronically? Thanks for all of your answers in advance.
From the IRS website…
Topic 607 - Adoption Credit
You may be able to take a tax credit for qualifying expenses paid to adopt an eligible child (including a child with special needs). The adoption credit is an amount subtracted from your tax liability. Although the credit generally is allowed for the year following the year in which the expenses are paid, a taxpayer who paid qualifying expenses in the current year for an adoption which became final in the current year, may be eligible to claim the credit on the current year return. The adoption credit is not available for any reimbursed expense. In addition to the credit, certain amounts reimbursed by your employer for qualifying adoption expenses may be excludable from your gross income.
For both the credit or the exclusion, qualifying expenses include reasonable and necessary adoption fees, court costs, attorney fees, traveling expenses (including amounts spent for meals and lodging while away from home), and other expenses directly related to and for which the principal purpose is the legal adoption of an eligible child. An eligible child must be under 18 years old, or be physically or mentally incapable of caring for himself or herself. The adoption credit or exclusion cannot be taken for a child who is not a United States citizen or resident unless the adoption becomes final. An eligible child is also a child with special needs if he or she is a United States citizen or resident and a state determines that the child cannot or should not be returned to his or her parent's home and probably will not be adopted unless assistance is provided. Under certain circumstances, the amount of your qualified adoption expenses may be increased if you adopted an eligible child with special needs.
The credit and exclusion for qualifying adoption expenses are each subject to a dollar limit and an income limit.
Under the dollar limit the amount of your adoption credit or exclusion is limited to the dollar limit for that year for each effort to adopt an eligible child. If you can take both a credit and an exclusion, this dollar amount applies separately to each. For example, if we assume the dollar limit for the year is $10,000 and you paid $9,000 in qualifying adoption expenses for a final adoption, while your employer paid $4,000 of additional qualifying adoption expenses, you may be able to claim a credit of up to $9,000 and also exclude up to $4,000.
The dollar limit for a particular year must be reduced by the amount of qualifying expenses taken into account in previous years for the same adoption effort.
The income limit on the adoption credit or exclusion is based on your modified adjusted gross income (modified AGI). If your modified AGI is below the beginning phase out amount for the year, the income limit will not affect your credit or exclusion. If your modified AGI is more than the beginning phase out amount for the year, your credit or exclusion will be reduced. If your modified AGI is above the maximum phase out amount for the year, your credit or exclusion will be eliminated.
Generally, if you are married, you must file a joint return to take the adoption credit or exclusion. If your filing status is married filing separately, you can take the credit or exclusion only if you meet special requirements.
To take the credit or exclusion, complete Form 8839 (PDF), Qualified Adoption Expenses, and attach the form to your Form 1040 (PDF) or Form 1040A (PDF).

I am working in a Home care agency in IT dept, I would like to know the parameters to measure employee productivity using the existing data. can anyone guide me who has exposure to this domain.
I am so glad you asked this question. I work in the marketing dept. One thing is I have to account every day where I have been who I have seen and who I spoke with. I have also encouraged my boss to check up on me at any time.
I also set up care and do care plan as well with home health. I also have asked my boss to check up on why if they did not go with our company, which is not very often that they do not sign with us. I want to know if I need to add or not say something.
Then I have spreadsheets of where I have been and who I have talked too where and when. I turn them in weekly and write if it’s an AB or C possibility.
First you must assess your organizational needs
Do you understand 'Client/ patient’s service and needs’?
Are we doing quality control on the aide’s nurses and marketer’s .Calling the home and doing patient checks.
Identify your gaps and prioritize your new hires into skill level meaning A, B, C level great aide being an A does charting reports problems with patients has complements from patients and families.
Managing
Expectations, gets jobs quickly and on time
Recruiting and interviewing knows job descriptions inside and out great interview skills, orientation skills, reviewing benefits with employees, training them on equipment
How well does the employee communicate with the mangers and nurses.
How well do the management motivate and reward the employee
How does the employee step up to problems?
How well organized is the employee.

They are quite pricey, but I saw on a website called Oro Beauty that you can get a set special for $299. I was wondering if anyone knew if they were any good?
I have just a few months ago purchased these items at some suncapsule site online and paid a lot more. My friends and I love the products.
We got the products cause one of my friends husbands told us Gold slows down collagen depletion and the breakdown of elastin to prevent sagging skin. It stimulates cellular growth of the basal layer to regenerate healthy, firm skin cells and provide a tightening effect.
So we wanted to know if he was full of it and just stopping my friend from going for a face lift. I have to tell you he was right as we all look much younger. Yes….shocking a man was right!
So I do suggest anyone who is really looking for a true wrinkle cream that works , go buy these products they are great. They work and actually last longer then the cheap ones selling online that are all watered down and uselesss. Oh buy the way these products come in the nicest packaging I have ever seen.Makes a great gift .
